Dr. Loveland:
My daughter is coming here for her braces. Dr. Loveland is great. He is the new orthodontist for the office and he is always making sure my daughter and I understand the treatment plan. during our most recent visit, there were some changes to original treatment plan and he discussed it with us thoroughly so we understand why the change in plan was necessary.
Dr. Boyd:
Since her orthodontist work is being done here, we're also having her regular cleaning done here so it's easier. Dr. Boyd was wonderful, he explained to her how to clean with the braces on and suggested different methods to get into those hard to reach areas due to the wires.
Dr. Garrett:
My daughter needed extractions as part of the braces treatment, she needed 4 permanent teeth to come out. She was definitely nervous and didn't know how it would go. Dr. Garrett came in and was very patient, she took the time to explain what she will be doing in the procedure and made sure my daughter was comfortable before anything started. The procedure was quicker than I expected and my daughter came out drowsy but with a smile.
*There was a few mishaps in between that I wasn't too happy with. Somehow my appointments seem to get shifted by 30 minutes ahead or behind, each time I'm given an appointment time, it's different when someone calls to confirm the appointment. The worst part is I was never contacted prior to the appointment about shifting my time to an earlier or later spot, and it is frustrating for me, I chose a particular time because that's is my availability.
