I am absolutely thrilled with Title Boxing Club in Highland Heights! Found it via Groupon for a two week trial that my bf and I purchased for a bargain. The first class was an eye opener for me. It was super hard as I was really out of shape (but improving quickly now). Jumping Jacks, push-ups, sprawls, squats, lunges, mountain climbers coupled with 8 three minute rounds of smacking a person-sized bag hanging from the ceiling is what was in store for me. What was I thinking? I couldn't do these activities. I barely could do a "girl" version. of a push up. Now, five weeks later, ten pounds lighter and much stronger, I look forward-yes that's right- to going to class. An hour's worth of core- strengthening, adrenalin-pumping, sweat-generating physical activity consumes me, yet I leave longing for my return to do it again. It is hard to warm up - actually the whole hour is hard who am I kidding? One can make it as hard as one wants. It is great for all ages, all sizes, all fitness levels. I am truly amazed at how I have progressed so quickly. I feel stronger, more energetic and want to keep going. I need to mention that Casey and his trainers (DJ, Michael, Pat, Evan, William, Melanie, Matt) are all wonderful people. I always feel welcome there and they greet everyone with a smiling face, positive attitude and motivating demeanor. If you are interested in feeling better, getting fit and using those muscles, give it a try. I am so glad I did!
