My wife and I came here for a walk in appointment. On the desk in the lobby there was a sign saying they only accept walk ins until 6:15pm. We got there at 4:45. There was no one up front but we could hear people in the back so we waited. At 5:28 a woman came up front and asked us why we were there, we said for a walk in. The lady proceeded to tell us we were too late. We said the sign clearly says 6:15pm is the latest walk in. We also said we called and were told the same thing over the phone. The lady became irritated and demanded the name of the person we spoke to but we never got the name. The lady then said we would have to come back another day. I tried to explain how we were within the correct hours and how the sign says 6:15. She yelled at us and said it's only until 6:00pm and not 6:15. I told her it was only 5:30 at this point so we still had another half hour. She finally agreed to let us be seen right as another woman walked in. This woman asked in Spanish if she could be seen and the lady who gave us such a hard time couldn't be happier to help this fellow Latina and even asked her if she wanted a bottled water. Once in the room I said something to my child in Spanish which confused the lady since I'm very white. After this the lady asked how I knew Spanish and her demeanor completely took a 180 and she was as nice as can be.
Long story made short. This single employee put a horrible taste in my mouth for this entire company.
