ENVIRONMENT Off the strip in Chinatown. This place is quaint with only about five tables and a bar, which means there's a slight wait. RAMEN Tonkotsu Shoyu - comes with noodles and basic toppings such as pork chad by, black mushrooms, bamboo shoots and green onions. MAKE IT SPICY. Not the best ramen I've had. I almost want to say it's bland and this place needs to offer more toppings.
