I have ordered from fit prep for a few weeks now and I really like the meals. I like the flexibility of being able to order 5-7 at a time with previous companies I had to have a minimum and I ended up wasting lots of food.
The veggies are raw, but that is standard for prepared meal service, you just throw the plastic container in the microwave with the lid on for two minutes and the veggies get steamed. My favorite is the turkey spaghetti.
