Located in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. Very large store. Kudos to the manager for over-riding a mistake from another VS store in the area, which I learned about because I called the customer service line/ gift card division after the cashier here could not continue my purchase (@ the Palazzo one, one of the cashiers messed up my gift card, by charging it, getting confused, then charging the remainder balance, getting my GC to zero). The male manager was very nice about the situation overall. And that is great customer service. I don't remember his name or I would've mentioned it. Also, one of the very last VS stores with a healthy inventory of semi-annual sale bras, sport bras & undies. You gotta head to the back of the VS store (didn't check out the Pink side but I did notice there were Pink sale bras too). There was so much that they were also tucked inside the drawers underneath the two sections of bins. Bralettes and no-wire sport bras were on special @ $7.99! It's interesting to see the availability in the stores compared to the website, because sometimes you see stuff online and it looks good, but then up close, not so much, like, it's too thin or sheer or something else you do not like.
