Oh Time Warner...I can think of at least 20 incidents in the three years I had TW cable where I cursed its birth. My apt complex had a running deal with TW and while this was convenient, the service was awful. I think TW had to come to my apt at least 4x while I was there to fix things. While all the staff who came to my apt were friendly and helpful (hence why this gets 2 stars), it is outrageous that there would be this many problems. I spent many nights without internet or when certain channels would not work (including nights with very important basketball games!) Plus I had to exchange my modem twice because it died. I was very happy to leave TW behind!
