Put simply, Green Market is local produce, cheap and fresh. Anything you could need (if it's relatively in-season) you can find it here.
The selection beyond produce is constantly expanding into cheese, hummus, eggs, canned goods, herbs, jellies, spices, anything veggie-adjacent. There are always a couple of sweet bakery treats up front (homemade by the Italian bakery down the street) and chatting with Gina (the AMAZING owner) always makes my day and makes this place feel like home. Easy to pop in, grab some groceries on the way home, and get out.
Love it and couldn't recommend it enough. Living without a car in Bloomfield has been so much easier since the Green Market opened. I always try to bring my own bags so she doesn't have to provide them.
