Now I remember why I haven't shopped in this bestbuy in four years and won't be coming back again. Service is awful. Stood in the computer section for 30 min waiting for help watching these sales associates spend the whole time with the same customers. Went to the front desk and said I need some help in computers. They called someone and said they would be over in a few minutes. Waited another 15min and nothing. The two guys were still with the same customers 45 min later and nobody came to help me even though there was hardly anybody in the store. I'll get all the help I need from Amazon. No wonder why bestbuy is going under.
