I came in and got acrylics and shellac. When I sat down the nail technician started gluing the acrylic base on my nails right away without asking if I wanted my nails cut, some of my nails were long and others were short. When he shaping my fake nails some of them were really uneven. I asked for round and the tips of the nails weren't even centered. I pointed it out to him and he said that itll be fixed when he files them. when he filed them he was so rough it hurt and I tensed up, and the uneven nails weren't even fixed properly. when leaving the salon I noticed how sloppy my nails were done, especially after paying $55. You could see my nails poking out the side of the acrylics because they weren't filed properly. you could see my nails underneath for a couple fingers and they weren't glued down properly so things keep getting stuck in between the my nail and the acrylic. Even my friends pointed out how off-putting my nails look. I don't have high standards for nails and stuff, but me not liking my nails done here says a lot about the quality. I didn't want to complain because I wanted to empathize. But the more I looked at my nails and the more people pointed it out I got more and more bothered by them. I'm letting you guys know now, so you can improve on the quality.
