I have parked at this lot twice now and I doubt I will ever use them again. The lot is very muddy and the bathrooms are "out of order". The attendant told me to drop off my bags out in the nasty lot and go park and walk back the first time I was there. This time he said the lot was over booked so they would valet my car and I had to leave my key. When I got home from my trip, I was told the company was having a dispute with the landlord and couldn't enter the lot. So the shuttle dropped me, my bags and my key at the gate. I asked where to find my car since I hadn't parked it. He said it was somewhere on row 5. It wasn't. I walked up and down three rows searching. I finally found it in the fourth row I walked, row three. Thank God it started ok since the valet driver was long gone. I am very disgusted with the terrible service from this company! The last thing I needed after traveling for 15 hours was a muddy search for my car in the wind and cold.
