Stopped in for three bushels of firewood and I had a $10 off coupon good from Nov 1- Dec 31. I attempted to buy the wood and use the coupon when the cashier said I couldn't use it on a "Sale" item so I offered to pay full price. The sales prices with a rewards card was $5.49 ea. And the reg. Price was $7.49 or so. Once she told me this I offered to buy 2 at reg price so I could use the coupon. The cashier couldn't get it to ring up full price and then the manager, name escapes me, said he will not sell me the firewood at full price and therefore I cannot use the coupon. It changed ownership a while back and this is my third and final stop into this poorly ran operation. I would much rather drive to Lowe's on AZ Blvd or Home Depot on Germann and Gilbert. Too bad because if ran right this place could be a good place for the locals. Oh well...
