Initial meeting with owner was professional and quoted a competitive price. He told me he would put me down for August 31st. On the morning of August 31st at 9:30 am I was contacted by the foreman who told me he'd be at my house the next day. I stated that he was scheduled for that day and his reply was "I forgot. No time now. Be there at 7 am tomorrow." I said fine. Next day he showed up at 8 am and power washed the house with one other person for a total of 20 minutes and then said he'd be back at 7 am the next day. I wasn't pleased at this point, but kept my mouth shut. The next day they still had not shown by 10 am so my husband first called the owner and then I tried again an hour later. Twenty minutes later I get a call from a woman in the office and she tells me they can't make it today. At this point, my husband has taken three days off of work to be present when they started work. I told her we no longer needed them as they seem way too unprofessional. She actually had the nerve to ask me why I thought they were unprofessional and I proceeded to list the problems. She told me that nothing I said was true.....well, um, my house was supposed to be painted by the end of the day today and there is not so much as a swatch of paint on it so who is telling the truth here?? They lost my business and my next door neighbor's. Not sure why you have business and then don't actually PROVIDE the service. Anyway, plenty of painters in the sea and I suggest you find a different one other than Rio Rancho!
