Not sure why the low ratings. two stars and below and people write "I'd come back again", "friendly staff" etc. Weird
This place is what it is. An old pub that's definitely Irish and is very low key. My roommate is Irish and without knowing him said - "If ever you're stuck and need work or a place to stay just ask".
I live nearby and drove by this place a hundred time if not more before finally going in. It's an old place, lots of wood and not too much for decor. But it's clean and it's not a dive joint.
Great place if you want to watch a game and grab a cheap pint. Food I find is generally cheaper a bit than most other pubs and I've yet to be disappointed by my meal - standard Irish pub fare. Stews, burgers, etc.
Staff are very friendly and I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes before getting a menu and having my drink order taken.
