I've been to this location multiple times with my rescued corgi mix (less than 25lbs) and always seem to have issues. A few months back I overheard them saying really awful things to the dogs as they were grooming them. I get it, they're dogs, they don't understand words. But they understand tone, and your job isn't to crap talk my dog, lol it's to groom it for the ten minutes I pay for then move on. Just super unprofessional. So a few months pass and I decide to give them another shot and I'm immediately met with attitude. I was a walk in as the site wouldn't allow me to log in and make an appointment and all I wanted was my pups nails done. When I asked how much their "pawdicure" package was I was met with "well do you want his nails done or the pawdicure?" Can you just answer the question without attitude..anyway. After about 15 minutes Im called in and told that my pup is done only to see him clearly stressed out, eyes wide and fur wet. They told me they could no longer take him there and that they sprayed him to "calm him down". My dog hates water, I'm pretty sure anyone wouldn't want to be sprayed to calm down? I was so annoyed I just left. $$$ down the drain for a traumatic experience for my pup. I'll be going to the FLW promenade location from now on as the groomers there never seem to have issues & are loads more professional.
