My husband and I used the Banfeild Pet hospital in Ahwatukee for years and loved it. We recently moved to Chandler and started using the Banfeild. We have been in 5 different times for various reasons. Each time we have been very disappointed with the staff at this location. They lack compassion for the animals, are rude to customers, and try to up charge you on everything. We are really disheartened with our experiences here.
