I am in my 7th season of boating with a Nautique 216V which I purchased new from Century Marine in Mesa, AZ. Last year I spent 44 days on the lake, so I use it a great deal, and therefore end up with some problems from time to time. My experience with this family-owned business has been nothing but outstanding. This purchase was a huge deal for me [most expensive purchase I have other made other than houses], and I took forever looking at the boat and making my decision. Melanie [sales director] was extremely patient with me and made sure I ended up with the perfect product to fit my needs. Any initial issues i had with the boat handled under warranty were completed promptly and without any haggling. Despite the fact that I do much of my car maintenance on my own, I have them handle virtually everything on the boat because I know it will be done correct the first time and in a timely fashion. I also store my boat with them, although there is an abundance of storage facilities in this area. I rely on them and they have never let me down once. I consider Century Marine my partners in boating, and I appreciate all they do to keep me on the lake and not in the shop.
