I personally love going to PA over most grocery stores. They have some amazing specials and butcher much of their own meat. You can find great deals on fresh produce, cheese and seafood. They often carry many "ethnic" ingredients as well. From huge bundles of cilantro to local cheeses for cheap, they carry anything you would need to get by on a budget. They also offer delivery to some parts of town.
