Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by the associate standing closest to the entrance (even though she was with a customer) and felt welcome. She let me know it would be a few minutes and I had no issue waiting, they were busy. I wanted to purchase an iPad, and the store didn't have one on hand. The Assistant Manager - John T. - was amazing and went completely out of his way to contact two other managers from different stores to assist me. He was able to find an iPad that another store had in stock that fit exactly what I wanted and even offered to drive to the other store himself to retrieve it for me. I was perfectly fine with picking it up myself, but the fact that he offered was what made his customer service stand out. John also made a comment about the fact that today on the dot was my 6 year anniversary with being a customer of T-Mobile! I've been to numerous T-Mobile stores around Las Vegas and Los Angeles, and this store by far offered the best service. I live on the East side of Las Vegas and just happened to stop by this one after work on my way home, and I would gladly go out of my way again to come here because of the impression the staff made on me.
