I purchased a set of leather furniture. I spent 5k in cash for a special order set. I told my salesman Karl Hammargren, I did not want any product with leather match. I even questioned him and was assured my set was all leather. It has been in use since November and the couch is misaligned, the power is out on the chair and all the LEATHER MATCH is ripping in the corners. The stitching is fraying, and the leather is literally wearing down to a white layer beneath and flaking off. This set looks as if it's 20 years old and I raised 4 kids on it! Goes to show that crap comes at every price range. I am a retired, disabled, grandmother of 6 and I finally thought that this was my time to furnish a home to be proud of and enjoy. So buyer beware, if you are spending 1k or 10k, walker furniture is deceitful, cheap and they don't honor their warranties and their customer service does not follow through. I have not gotten any resolve. They sent a tech out to repair these problems and he left saying his 30 minute time slot was not long enough to fix all of this. He took photos and said he would call back to reschedule, however I have never heard back and I can't even get Customer care to return my calls. Don't make the same mistake I did. BUYER BEWARE!
