Scottsdale has many spoiled brats living in glass houses and ivory towers so maybe that explains the poor reviews. Or maybe this place got a makeover.
Either way, it was the best Enterprise location I have ever dealt with. Outstanding customer service by Matt, the guy is a natural. Takes a lot for me to give a 5, Matt deserves it hands down.
Truck was really clean, location is clean, bathrooms are immaculate. The rest of the employees looked and behaved professionally.
Kudos to Morgan as well. Keep up the good work guys!
