Worst service ever! On over a dozen times in the last 12 months. The most recent appointment was a week ago. I have had the following issues. #1 making an appointment, only to have it canceled when I arrive to the office. #2 waiting over 2 hours after my appointment to be seen. Every time I have an appointment. Even though I make all my appointments for first appointment of the day.#3: being put on hold several times, and an hour later, just to schedule an appointment. #4: Being cussed out by staff, when I didn't say a word to anyone. #5: they told my child to "shutup" cause he cried during the appointment. #6 not being able to get an appointment, less than 4 months in advance. Its ridiculous.If it weren't for my insurance, I wouldn't come here. But I have no choice. Please go anywhere but here.
