This review is for the service department only! 2 stars because the turnaround was quick, but from my initial 2 phone calls and the terrible service I received once I brought my car in, I'm sadly not surprised by the other reviews here. Despite the low star rating, I hoped for the best, but a handful of bad attitudes and a lack of thorough communication along with unfriendly interactions prove this place deserves their Yelp rating. I was only bringing my car in for a Recall fix and when I got it back, the airbag light was on- when I sent a note to my service manager she informed me that the light was on already when I brought it in. If that were the case, wouldn't they have pointed it out and perhaps asked if we wanted it fixed? Either way, it makes me uncomfortable they didn't acknowledge it. On top of that, their prices are typical of a dealer service center- anything that is not covered by a warranty should be done by a trusted local mechanic at a third of the price. :) We've been considering buying a second Jeep and will not be doing it here now since this is the only dealer/service center in our area and we don't want to be stuck with them. It's too bad because the sales guys were great!
