Great car wash / detailing spot with a fabulously friendly and attentive staff! Maceo at the front desk was especially helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and knew where there were nearby places to eat while I waited - he even voluntarily completed the Loyalty Membership paperwork for me so that I could enjoy certain benefits.
The auto shop also has an awesome and super comfy lounge area with free wi-fi in case you want to stay and wait for your car. The lounge had tons of interesting coffee table books to peruse if you didn't bring anything to do with you, and encompassed several modern (and uber nice!) work stations along with leather couch seating. Considering all of the above lounge amenities along with the abundance of natural light streaming in from the surrounding windows, I would have preferred to stay and do work there all day vs. returning to my office!
Despite the fact that I have a free ticket to a nearby car wash, I've already decided that I'll be returning to Franklin Auto Spa for any future car washing or detailing needs !
