Roach infested. The manager Ariel is rude and doesn't care. Whenever an issue occurs Ariel won't take action or even return your call. We had seen a few roaches and we were told by the office a bombing was needed since the neighbor next to us was infested. Ariel said that wasn't true that we wanted the bug bomb. So not true. She is a terrible manager and always claims the tenant is lying or if its broke that its not and won't fix it or accommodate you while its being fixed. Steve in maintenance lies to your face too. Dont live here it is poorly managed and you can't talk to BH management the owners.
