Brought an item in for battery replacement and was quoted $9.95. Promise date was 11/23. No contact. Called on 11/25 early a.m. Had a return call on 11/25 later in the afternoon saying my unit was ready for pick-up, but the price would be $19.95, not $9.95. No call was ever made advising me of any price differential. I offered to split the difference as I felt doubling the price after the fact was unreasonable. The manager refused to budge on the pricing. End result: One lost Batteries Plus Bulbs customer. Customers: Beware of pricing changes without notice!
