We have been patronizing Pedro's for years. Generally we go there for happy hour and trivia on Tuesday evenings. Probably once every couple months or so at this point. We do this because we enjoy the trivia game, and it's close to home.
Currently my main issue with the place is fairly simple, and I'm hopeful that someone with authority reads this review and does something to address the consistent under staffing issue they seem to have. The last 3 times we've visited we've sat in the side bar area (where the trivia host/game takes place). The most recent time I actually counted how many tables the one waitress assigned to this section was responsible for. I counted 16. These aren't just 16 two tops either. It wasn't the waitress' fault, but obviously when you have one server trying to cover this much ground she is going to fail. She was friendly, did her best, and when we finally got our drinks/food it was good. Please put more staff on to properly accommodate your customers.
