This is a hard review to write and this is why. When I called and asked about the place the lady on the phone was honest and said that their website had not been updated in a long time but the inventory on their computer was good. I told her what I needed and she said that what I was looking for was there. I drove the 1 hr + to get there. When I walked in a nice young man asked what I was looking for and I told him. He got this look on his face that meant, "You're not gonna be happy." He told me that the vehicles were there but the engines may not be. I explained that I talked to a women on the phone, told her what I needed and she said that I needed was available. He told me to just go on in and look and he didn't charge me the $3 fee. Well, when I got to the area he directed me to she was wrong and he was right. Vehicles were there, but no engines. I didn't need the engine, only a part of the air system. I guess it may be hard to know EXACTLY what you have when you run a Pick-A-Part place but I did ask.
