I was surprised at how run down this Hyatt property is. the rooms are really basic and the bathroom is tiny. oddities included the shower head being off-center and the sink seems very low. the worst part of my stay was the construction happening across the street from the property. the jack hammering started at 5:05 am on Monday and at 6:10am on Tuesday. not possible to sleep through that, earplugs or no. also irritating is the slow elevator ride from street level to the lobby. bartender had no idea what a French 75 was (Um hello?) and said - no I'm not making that; choose something else. ?! on the flip side the rest of the staff was friendly and professional. probably wouldn't stay here again.
