This is my first time buying a re-sale home and getting a home inspection so I was new to the process. I off course looked to YELP for guidance. I decided to go with Bridge Home Inspections and what a great pick!! I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for the following Monday. Tyler was prompt, courteous (the home owner was present as well),thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I left feeling great about the inspection and was even more impressed when I received the report. The pictures were outstanding as well as the explanations and suggested follow up. I believe having such a professional inspector and comprehensive report went a long way in getting the home owner to correct some issues even though we are buying "as is". I did have a couple questions and called the office. The gal that answered was super helpful and ensured my questions were answered. I feel confident that we won't have any surprised when we move in.
A few quick notes:
-I called several other companies and Bridge was comparable in price.
-I was able to pay on line after the inspection was complete (secure and super convenient!)
