I was treated bad after my phone was lost from pinup show. Yes i was upset but my spouse and i did not fight or scream.. just was trying to find my phone . Long story short we booked 10/22/16-10/29/16 .. And because my phone was lost security instead of helping us.. they evicted us without a refund so we can find another hotel
. We were evicted 10/23/16 when i tryes to speak with a manager i was denied.. next day after sleeping in a car try to call back to speak with management i was transfered to a very rude supervisor that hung up the phone when i inquire about my refund i dont think its fair for them to charge me for 2nights when i clearly stayed 1 night for my 1st time visiting Vegas we felt we were treated horribly..i would definitely go beyond and more to report them to the states attorney and gaming officials also bbb.. they shouldn't treat their guest like that especially when a personal item came missing [ my ohone is a samsung galaxy 7 edge ) im prerty sure if it was theirs they would've been upset too.. good thing is there was some kind people who found my phone and returned it security..
