After years of poor experiences with leasing management teams and apartment units, coming to Altera Highland was a breath of fresh air. The Altera Highland team, including Kaytee, Liz and Priscilla have exceeded our expectations at every turn. After experiencing some issues with our A/C unit upon moving in, the team went above and beyond in solving the problem, putting us up in a hotel for the night and then taking every possible measure to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. They are always in a pleasant mood and conversational in each interaction. Everyone from the maintenance staff to the front office is very customer-service focused and pleasant to deal with. You also won't find a better deal for the location, square footage and premises/amenities. It is a clean property and unit with very little issues and is fully upgraded for a steal of a price. Very pleased so far and wanted to publicly commend the Altera Highland staff for how excellent they have made our experience to-date.
