This pep boys location is filled with employees who do not understand customer service. I waited 10 minutes for someone, anyone to give me the key to my car. Just to find out my car is never locked. So after they leave at 8 who knows who is going in my car. This is absolutely absurd. How am I supposed to trust you if you can't lock the damn car. Don't go to Pep Boys. They are beyond incapable of helping. They are completely capable of making you waste your time and money though!
