After posting my last review, I was very quickly private messaged by staff from Brio. They asked for my contact info, and I provided it. I didn't, or at least believed I didn't, hear back from them after that. I was about to come on here and lower the rating to 1 star due to what I thought was a fake apology on yelp with no follow through. Wanting to do my due diligence though, I checked my voicemails, and found a message from the GM apologizing and inviting me to speak with him. (I guess I should be reviewing Sprint's service for the missed call instead, haha) we haven't spoken yet, but I can see that they truly are trying to make the situation better. As I said before, this had been an isolated event for us at Brio, and possibly on Mother's Day it was busier than usual and there was a miscommunication. Either way, I wanted to raise my rating to reflect past experiences, and the prompt and courteous treatment by the staff since my last review.
