I went in to get a new headlight. I'm not very car savvy so I always ask for assistance putting lights in or changing my battery. The woman told me when I bought my bulb that someone would be out to help me soon. I wait outside for 10 minutes and finally go back in because it was so hot. The woman had forgotten I was out there. She instructed her coworker to help me. The staff member came out and was complaining about how she needed a screwdriver, then how she was going to have to take my battery out to change my light. I explained I was about to go on a roadtrip so I did need it done. Then she returns to tell me that she can't do that for me because the battery had to be moved.
I popped across the street to J&W Auto Services where the guy changed my light without removing my battery in a total of 3 minutes and he didn't charge me!
For an employee to tell me that they don't have time to help me is inexcusable!!! I'm a customer just like the others waiting. They said they had to remove my battery but obviously they didn't have too!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere due to them wasting my time and not actually trying to help me!
