I don't even know where to begin.
First, this place doesn't look anything like the pictures. The washroom is tiny and with stains, bedsheets are dirty and had weird type of stains. The tv doesn't work and -20c you don't have any heat.
We had to leave the place immediately after waiting for the disposal heater which never arrived.
When I called the next day regarding the issues the guy told me that he would call back regarding this. No call backs until two days. I called them back and this guy said they cannot even give half refund cuz we didn't tell me that we were leaving. What on earth!? This place is not worth a penny. Trust me. Don't make a mistake I made. Rude customer service.
