I ordered a set of staggered 20" Rohana RC7 wheels, tires and TPMS sensors for my 09 G37. They arrived pretty quickly. What I wasn't prepared for was that the TPMS sensors do not "automatically" work with some of the Japanese cars. I spent a lot of time between the dealer and a local specialty tire and wheel shop trying to resolve the issue. I finally decided to just purchase new TPMS sensors from the local wheel shop. Well that fixed the issue, but I was out another $640. When I called Element and spoke to Ryan ( I had been in contact with him the whole time) and explained what I had been through and the additional cost I incurred, he offered to refund me the money. That's the kind of customer service you just don't see much of anymore. I will definitely recommend and use Element in the future.
