We went in on a Wednesday and found a dog that would have been perfect for our home. When we asked when she would be available they told us we would have to wait a few days before she is available. We asked what the process was and we were told that that it was first come first serve. We return on Saturday and even got there a few hours before opening to make sure that we would be the first one there. Turns out that if someone else is interested in your dog they raffle them out no matter when the other person gets there, Just wishing that they would provide accurate information so people don't waste their time. We weren't even the first ones there,. There was another person that got there at 6:30am to make sure that they got the pet that they are looking for and it turns out that they didn't get anything either. What a waste of time had I know about the raffling system I would have been there at 11:15am and it wouldn't have matter. poor management. Must be able to train your staff a bit better so they at least know how things really work. I will not be returning there and will look to craigslist to adopt my next pet.
