I decided to give this place a second chance.
Usually I come here for their Bahn MI's as they are delicious, but I decided to try something different.
I got the fresh spring rolls and the combo vermicelli bowl with BBQ pork and egg rolls.
I'm still dissapointed in the spring rolls. The ingredients are fresh but the pork itself is super dry and flavorless. I do like their peanut sauce, but I wish it was a little thicker as it's hard to use as a dipping sauce.
I did like the vermicelli bowl, I am not a fan of shrimp, but I loved these ones as they seemed grilled and marinated. The pork was tender and had a delicious marinade, and the vermicelli freshly made.
I however did not like the egg rolls. The texture on the inside was mushy and flavorless, and I wish in my vermicelli bowl that the fresh veggies were not under the warm vermicelli.
But still their Bahn MI's are delicious
