I recently gave the university circle location a try. Solid food. Customer service is lacking, but it didn't ruin my experience. Today I went to the location in legacy village. It took me a second to locate the smoothie flavors because they are listed on a board that is positioned askew with the doorway. I politely asked where the flavors were listed and the cashier responded "they're.... Right.... There......." Very much wide eyed and surprised that I ask such a preposterous question. Regardless of the customer service, I have a hard time wrapping my head around how they profit from serving a near 24 ounce smoothie for 4 dollars. I'm insinuating that it may be a chemical thickening agent such as pectin and some artificial flavorings/ and invert sugars. Delicious, just not technically a "FRESH SMOOTHIE".
