Roberto, was so thoughtful and caring. It was Memorial Day and sadly one of our sweet pugs was found laying on the cement and appeared to have passed away, after just running around the corner. Roberto told me how to check tor a heart beat and offered their services if we felt one. This was such a scary vulnerable time for us. He most certainly could have taken advantage of us. Instead he walked us through all the details in a compassionate, supportive, gentle way. We thought perhaps we did feel her heart so brought her in although she hadn't been breathing. He asked if we wanted her resuscitated and given the length of time she hadn't been breathing we decided against the procedure. While the circumstance was sad and ended with an outcome other than what we hoped. We were so grateful to Roberto and the staff at this emergency facility. Taking us in immediately and allowing us to stay as long as we needed. Thank you and God Bless you Roberto!
