True story.....Our upstairs unit had stopped cooling, so we called GSM to come out & take a look. They inspected & told us the compressor had gone bad...minimum of $2k & that we should really just put a new unit in....average $7.5K because there were "probably" other issues with it. We decided to get a second opinion & called Morris Jenkins. There technician came out & inspected it for 10 minutes. He let us know that the compressor was fine & that a $500 switch just needed to be replaced. The Morris Jenkins tech wasn't sure if the GSM had even looked at the compressor. GSM decided they would rather screw me than provide good service & get a loyal customer. Thanks to Morris Jenkins!
