Stopped in to this Cox Store a few weeks back to acquire new service for my new apartment. Now before walking in I did my research online to find out the latest deals and pricing. When I stopped at this store which was the closest Cox store to my house. They explained the services that cox offered me and also was able to offer me a package that customer service wasn't able to offer over the phone. For $99 for the first year I get 50mbps, 200+ channels, and phone services. After 1 year it only goes up $30 more. What sold me was they offered me free install fees and gave me a free HD Receiver for 1 year. Free HBO for 1 year and a $100 gift card after 90 days a service. Not bad huh. They where able to get the tech to come install the next day which was perfect. The service so far has been good with no issues. Thanks for the excellent service. Thank again for everything.
