The most disorganized HOA I have ever been in contact with. They claim they sent a "first notice" for something and the first notice never showed up, thus leading to threatening letters of hearings.
The association rules are pretty ridiculous (all window coverings have to be WHITE? Seriously?). It's difficult to get a hold of them when you have questions or concerns, and they are very nit picky. When you do get a hold of them by phone, they refuse to help unless you submit millions of things in writing. I will avoid purchasing an RMI managed property in the future.
