Everything was going smoothly right up until to my MRI when they informed me that the code on my paperwork was incorrect and that they would not be able to perform the MRI. They couldn't do anything until I contacted the doctor and got the code fixed. This all happened at 8:45 in the evening, so I'm not sure how I could just get it fixed. Also, updating the code restarts the whole process of getting approval from insurance. My main issue with Marquis is not that the code was wrong because that wasn't their fault, but that I turned my paperwork in 4 days ago and you're just telling me now? 15 minutes before I'm scheduled to get the MRI? I have other doctors appointments scheduled for after I get the MRI that all need to be adjusted.
