I have several issues that prompted me to seek the help of the Doc's of this business. After calling ahead a week in advance I then realized I had doubled booked my appointment. So, I called 24 hours in advance to reschedule and it went to VM.
Long story, in short, they NEVER called me back to reschedule, instead they were insinuating that I lied about cancelling prior and even checked their messages. Even the office Manager got on the phone and was rude and unapologetic and never once asked to reschedule me!!! I wouldn't ever open myself up to do business with a place like this..
