Shockingly nice, clean, efficient and fast government office.
I went there twice in the past month, once for a health card and once for a driver's license. The first time I waited a total of 7 minutes, including the time spent in the reception line to get my number. The second time I waited 4 minutes. There is ample seating (not that you'll need it for too long) and all the agents are polite and helpful. Still in amazed disbelief that I could walk in and out in less than 10 minutes with all my paperwork taken care of. I practically skipped out of there singing Oh Canada!
