Writing this review to warn people, because I know Eyebrows R Us doesn't care about customer service. Jackie was the only good one at this location and she left, but I purchased a package deal so I figured I'd use it all up then try another place. Guess what? BIG MISTAKE. I didn't know cleaning up meant thread half of my thickness off. It took me a year to grow out my eyebrows, and it took the lady 10 minutes to take that away from me. There was no point in complaining or asking for a refund because it's not about the money. It was my mistake to even go to a place like this, you guys have been warned DON'T COME HERE THE LADIES WILL RUIN YOUR EYEBROWS.
