The worst on phone customers service I've experienced in a while. The employee started to scream HELLO at me over the phone because he could not hear me very well. I call back minutes later to receive another horrible experience.
I think the employer may want to take the time to train their employees to learn how to answer a phone call. Sounded like an angry person who hates their job answering calls.
