I usually come here with my fiancé and service is always great, except for today. I had gotten an email for the $2 9inch Bobbie because it's the 200th day of the year. We were so excited but when we got there, my email was turned away. I was told that the email was a mistake and that they weren't honoring it. They were in the wrong and they should take responsibility for it and honor the email. I worked in retail for years and when we miss a "buy one get one 50% off", we still honor it when a customer points it out. Then, we take the sign down for future customers. Customers may not always be right but in this situation, we are but yet we were turned away.
